Why WeCom

Domestic Chinese customers behave differently from international ones — they rarely check email, but they’re on WeChat every single day.

WeCom (Enterprise WeChat) gives you tools personal WeChat doesn’t:

  • Channel QR codes with auto-tagging — know exactly where each contact came from when they add you
  • Broadcast messaging — send different content to different tagged groups
  • CRM properties — track follow-up status for each contact

From AutoWhisper’s own data: We use WeCom channel QR codes to track domestic users by platform. WeChat Official Account visitors had the highest paid conversion rate (35%), followed by Xiaohongshu (22%), and Douyin the lowest (8%). This data pushed us to prioritize Official Account content above everything else.
