Quick Start: Up and Running in 5 Minutes

You don’t need to read the entire Playbook first. Follow this one page, and your AI marketing system is live. Theory and strategy can wait. Right now, just do it.

Step 1: Sign up for AutoWhisper (1 minute)

  1. Go to autowhisper.xyz
  2. Click Get Started in the top right — one-click Google login
  3. Confirm your email — that’s the trigger that credits your wallet with starter tokens (currently around 40), not the signup click itself. Enough to try the full workflow.

Step 2: Create your first product (2 minutes)

  1. After logging in, you’ll see the dashboard. Click Create in the product sidebar (the + button if you’re on mobile)
  2. Fill in three things:
    • Product name: Your brand or product name
    • Product type: Physical / digital / service — pick one
    • Product description: One or two sentences about what it is and what problem it solves
  3. Upload a main image: a product photo, a screenshot of your product page, or your logo all work — or click “AI Generate” if you don’t have one handy
  4. Click Create Product
Click it yourself
Click Create in the product sidebar (the + button on mobile) → fill in name, type, description, main image → Create Product
Hand it to your agent
Add my product — name, one-line description in your own words, and a real product image URL or upload

The product URL field is optional, and it’s not a scraper. There’s a collapsible “Product URL” field on the form, but its only job is deciding where the “Visit product” button on your share pages points to. It will not pull in your product info or images automatically — you still fill in the name, description, and image yourself.

This is different from the agent path. If you hand your product to an agent instead ("Add my product https://mystore.com/widget"), it can fetch your name, description, and image straight from that URL — a background scrape does the extraction there. The manual form above genuinely can’t; the two paths aren’t the same feature wearing two skins.

Not sure what to write for the description? Use this formula: “A [product type] for [who], solving [what problem].” For example: “An AI marketing system for e-commerce sellers who need content marketing but don’t have a team.” See Product Positioning Guide for the full template.

Already have a product and want AI to have more to work with? On the product page, use the “Extract Website Content” feature — paste a URL and AI pulls the page content into your knowledge base for later content generation. That’s for enriching a product you already created, not a way to create one.

Step 3: AI CMO generates content automatically (you don’t need to do anything)

Good news: once you create a product, AI CMO starts working on its own.

The system runs automatically every morning (based on your timezone), analyzes your product info, creates a content plan, and generates content. When you open AutoWhisper the next day, content is already waiting for your review.

Can’t wait? Ask for it instead of waiting for the clock:

  1. Open CMO Chat
  2. Type something like “Run the first batch now”
  3. Wait a few minutes — content will be generated

There’s no separate “Generate Plan” button — this chat request runs the exact same research → write → analyze cycle that fires automatically after you create a product.

Click it yourself
Open CMO Chat, type "run the first batch now" (or "帮我现在就出一批内容")
Hand it to your agent
Kick off the first content batch for this product now, don't wait for tomorrow's auto-run

What you’ll see: A batch of generated videos, trust posts, and feature posters, ready for your review.

Step 4: Review your first batch of content (5-10 minutes)

Open AutoWhisper — you’ll see a list of AI-generated content on your product page.

For each piece of content, you do exactly one thing:

  • Looks good → Click Approve (auto-publishes if you have connected platforms)
  • Not right → Click Reject + write one sentence explaining why
Click it yourself
Open the Feed, click Approve or Reject on each card
Hand it to your agent
Approve everything in the feed that looks on-brand, reject the rest with a one-line reason why

⚠️ Approving a video draft isn’t a free confirmation — it charges credits immediately. If a piece in this batch is a video draft, clicking Approve starts rendering it and charges credits right then — around 50 credits per clip (the card shows the exact number when it can be calculated), so approving nine video drafts is nine separate charges. It charges even with no platform connected — the render just won’t have anywhere to publish to. Trust posts and feature posters (non-video content) don’t carry this rendering charge. Keep an eye on your credit balance and don’t approve a stack of video drafts all at once.

How to write useful reject reasons:

Good reject reason Useless reject reason
“Tone is too formal, make it more conversational” “Bad”
“Wrong pain point — my customers care about efficiency, not price” “Fix it”
“This hook is too generic, needs more punch” “Don’t like it”

A 30-40% rejection rate in Week 1 is totally normal. It doesn’t mean the AI is bad — it’s still learning your style. Every reject reason teaches it. By Week 4-8, rejection rate drops below 15%.

Step 5: Connect publishing platforms (you can do this later)

Open the workspace switcher (top-left) → Workspace Settings → Platform Connection tab, and connect your social media accounts. Start with just 2 platforms:

  • International: LinkedIn + TikTok (or X)
  • China-based: Xiaohongshu (semi-auto: AI generates, you copy-paste to publish)
Click it yourself
Workspace switcher (top-left) → Workspace Settings → Platform Connection tab → find a platform → Connect
Hand it to your agent
Connect my LinkedIn account — give me the authorization link to click

Once connected, approved content auto-publishes to these platforms.

No platforms connected yet? That’s fine. You can start with content review only. Connect platforms when you’re ready. Content won’t be lost.

Done! What’s next?

Your AI marketing system is now running. AI CMO automatically generates fresh content every morning, so all you need to do is:

  • When you start your day: Open AutoWhisper — content is already waiting. Approve/reject (15 minutes)
  • Every Friday: Check performance data, tell CMO to double down on what works (30 minutes)
  • End of each month: Review your positioning — update the product description in product settings. AI CMO automatically adjusts content direction based on your changes (15 minutes)

Want to understand the full system? Read in this order:

  1. Before You Start: Which Path Are You On — decide whether you’re clicking through the dashboard yourself or handing tasks to your own agent
  2. The Three Moves: Why the Order Isn’t Optional — why this system runs in this sequence
  3. The First Move: Five Things to Finish Before You Spend a Cent on Ads — the five things to finish before any ad spend does anything useful
  4. Content Engine Manual — how to choose what to produce
  5. Execution Rhythm — complete weekly schedule
  6. Paid Ads — once Execution Rhythm’s week-4 gate is met (rhythm stable + all five move-one items done), start running ads; selling software/B2B? see Outbound Guide instead

Remember: Ship first, optimize later. An 80-point piece of content that gets published is infinitely more valuable than a 100-point draft sitting in a queue.
