Quick Start: Up and Running in 5 Minutes
You don’t need to read the entire Playbook first. Follow this one page, and your AI marketing system is live. Theory and strategy can wait. Right now, just do it.
Step 1: Sign up for AutoWhisper (1 minute)
- Go to autowhisper.xyz
- Click Sign Up in the top right — one-click Google login
- You get 50 free tokens on signup — enough to try the full workflow
Step 2: Create your first product (2 minutes)
- After logging in, you’ll see the dashboard. Click “Create Product”
- Fastest way: paste your product URL (website, Amazon listing, App Store link, etc.) — AI will automatically extract product info and images
- No URL? Fill in manually:
- Product name: Your brand or product name
- Product description: One or two sentences about what it is and what problem it solves
- Target customer: Who are you selling to? The more specific, the better
- Upload product images: Product photos, product page screenshots, or your logo — at least 1 image
- Click Save
Not sure what to write for the description? Use this formula: “A [product type] for [who], solving [what problem].” For example: “An AI marketing system for e-commerce sellers who need content marketing but don’t have a team.” See Product Positioning Guide for the full template.
Step 3: AI CMO generates content automatically (you don’t need to do anything)
Good news: once you create a product, AI CMO starts working on its own.
The system runs automatically every morning (based on your timezone), analyzes your product info, creates a content plan, and generates content. When you open AutoWhisper the next day, content is already waiting for your review.
Can’t wait? You can also trigger it manually:
- Go to your product page, find the AI CMO entry point
- Click Generate Plan (choose Deep Plan for a more thorough result)
- Wait 1-2 minutes — content will be generated
What you’ll see: A batch of generated videos, articles, and social copy, ready for your review.
Step 4: Review your first batch of content (5-10 minutes)
Open AutoWhisper — you’ll see a list of AI-generated content on your product page.
For each piece of content, you do exactly one thing:
- Looks good → Click Approve (auto-publishes to connected platforms)
- Not right → Click Reject + write one sentence explaining why
How to write useful reject reasons:
| Good reject reason | Useless reject reason |
|---|---|
| “Tone is too formal, make it more conversational” | “Bad” |
| “Wrong pain point — my customers care about efficiency, not price” | “Fix it” |
| “This hook is too generic, needs more punch” | “Don’t like it” |
A 30-40% rejection rate in Week 1 is totally normal. It doesn’t mean the AI is bad — it’s still learning your style. Every reject reason teaches it. By Week 4-8, rejection rate drops below 15%.
Step 5: Connect publishing platforms (you can do this later)
In Settings, connect your social media accounts. Start with just 2 platforms:
- International: LinkedIn + TikTok (or X)
- China-based: Xiaohongshu (semi-auto: AI generates, you copy-paste to publish)
Once connected, approved content auto-publishes to these platforms.
No platforms connected yet? That’s fine. You can start with content review only. Connect platforms when you’re ready. Content won’t be lost.
Done! What’s next?
Your AI marketing system is now running. AI CMO automatically generates fresh content every morning, so all you need to do is:
- When you start your day: Open AutoWhisper — content is already waiting. Approve/reject (15 minutes)
- Every Friday: Check performance data, tell CMO to double down on what works (30 minutes)
- End of each month: Review your positioning — update product description, target customer, etc. in product settings. AI CMO automatically adjusts content direction based on your changes (15 minutes)
Want to understand the full system? Read in this order:
- Growth Flywheel — Why this system works (the flywheel effect)
- Content Engine Manual — How to choose from 7 content types
- Execution Rhythm — Complete weekly schedule
- Outbound Guide — From Week 4, use content engagement to proactively find customers
Remember: Ship first, optimize later. An 80-point piece of content that gets published is infinitely more valuable than a 100-point draft sitting in a queue.
