Selling software / B2B? Move three isn’t ads for you — it’s cold email outreach, with a different weekly rhythm. See “B2B conversion pipeline” below.
End-of-Month Add-on (Last Friday of Each Month) ⏱ +30min
- Review your product positioning — still accurate? (15 min)
- Check monthly trends — which platform / content type is performing best? Is ad cost-per-lead trending down? (15 min)
- Make a call — expand to more platforms? Add a product? Adjust ad budgets?
Launch Checklist
Week 1: Start the Content Flywheel
- Create your product in AutoWhisper
- Fill in your product positioning (see Product Positioning Guide)
- Upload product materials (images, product page screenshots, customer reviews)
- Connect 2–3 publishing platforms
- Ask CMO Chat to run the first batch now (or turn on daily auto-run and let it land tomorrow)
- Review your first batch of content (write detailed reject reasons — that’s how you teach the AI your style)
Week 4: Start Running Ads (confirm move one is done first)
- Run through the move-one checklist: real photos + price on the product page, contact info above the fold, Search Console verified + sitemap submitted, your brand name findable in search
- Launch your first campaign: Douyin’s local-boost tool or TikTok For Business, self-serve on your phone, ¥200–500 / $30+
- Read Paid Ads
Week 6: Conversion Pipeline / B2B Side Branch (pick your business)
- DTC: tighten landing-page conversion — see How to Turn Content Into Orders
- Selling software / B2B: move three becomes cold email outreach instead — set up a Resend email sequence (see Email Sequence Templates), a WeChat channel QR code (see WeChat Nurture Sequence); full process in Outbound Guide and Lead Scoring & Follow-up
- Later, if you have the appetite: build a blog for long-tail traffic (see SEO Strategy)
Milestones
| Checkpoint | Check | Next Step |
|---|---|---|
| End of Week 2 | Is the AI learning your style? Are you rejecting less? | Keep teaching, stay patient |
| End of Week 4 | Is the rhythm stable? Are all five move-one items done? | Start running ads + consider adding platforms |
| End of Week 8 | Reject rate < 20%? Is cost-per-lead trending down? | Consider adding a 2nd product |
| End of Week 12 | Is the flywheel spinning on its own? Are ads profitable and stable? | Consider enabling cmo_auto_run |
Remember: consistency beats perfection. Run the content flywheel for 4 weeks, add ads for 8 more, and you’ll see the 1+1=3 compounding effect kick in.
