Quick Start: Your First AI Video in 15 Minutes
Came here from a video? Good — this is the page to follow. Do the steps in order on a computer (the review screen is much easier on a big screen). No marketing experience needed.
What you’ll have at the end: your product in AutoWhisper, a first batch of ready-made videos and posts, and your social accounts connected so the good ones go out with one click.
Step 1: Sign up (1 minute)
- Go to autowhisper.xyz and click Get Started (top right).
- Sign up with Google, or with your email.
- With email, we send you a 6-digit code — enter it. That’s what unlocks your free credits. You get 65 starter credits: enough for one full video (52 credits) so you can see the whole thing work before paying anything.
Step 2: Tell it what you sell (3 minutes)
- After you log in, type your product name in the box (or paste your product page link) and click Start.
- Your AI CMO (the chat on the right) asks you two things:
- One or two sentences about the product. Easy formula: “A [product] for [who], that solves [what problem].”
- A real photo of your product. This matters most. The videos are built around this photo, so a clear, real shot of the actual product beats a logo or a stock image.
- That’s it — your product appears on the left.
Prefer a form? Click Or create with full details → under the box.
Step 3: Review the product, then start your first content
The chat shows your product name, description and main photo. Check them first. Say “change the description to…” to correct it, or upload a replacement and say “use this as the main photo.” You will see an updated review after changes.
Then agree on what to make. Start with one video draft; name other formats if you want them. When it looks right, click Start making content in chat or reply start. Saving a product, extracting a page and supplying a photo do not start the first batch on their own.
A few minutes later, a content card contains the video script and opening image. It is still a draft; finish the playable video in the next step. Content uses the workspace’s language, and you can tell the assistant your target language.
Step 4: Pick what you like (10 minutes)
Each piece is a card. On each card:
- Want it? Click the main button. On a video card it says Generate — that’s when the video actually gets made.
- Don’t want it? Click Reject and write one sentence about why (“too formal”, “wrong customer — my buyers care about speed, not price”). It learns from every reason you give.
⚠️ Generate costs credits. A video card has already used a few credits for the script and first frame; clicking Generate charges the video itself — 45 credits per clip. Pick your one or two favourites first, not all nine.
Rejecting a lot in week one is normal. It’s learning your taste.
Step 5: Connect your accounts and send it out (5 minutes)
- Click your workspace name (top left) → Workspace Settings → Publishing channels.
- Under Auto-Publish Channels, click Connect next to a platform and log in on the page that opens.
- Facebook / Instagram: you need a Facebook Page, not your personal profile. No Page yet? Create one at facebook.com/pages/create. When Facebook asks which Pages to allow, tick yours.
- Instagram should be a professional (business or creator) account linked to that Page.
- TikTok: switch your TikTok account to a Business account first (Settings and privacy → Account → Switch to Business Account).
- When a video is ready, click Send everywhere on its card. It gets scheduled to your connected accounts, and you can pull it back any time before it posts.
Start with two accounts. Each connected account (and each ad account, later) costs 80 credits a month — pro-rated for the days left in the month you connect it.
Step 6: Let it run (1 minute)
Click your avatar → User Settings → Auto-run, turn on AI CMO auto-run, and pick a time. From then on it makes fresh content on its own, paced to the credits in your account. Your job is 15 minutes a day: open it, generate the good ones, reject the rest, send.
What it costs
- 65 free credits to start.
- One full video (script + first frame + video) = 52 credits.
- Each connected account = 80 credits a month.
- After that, top up as you go, or subscribe — see pricing.
- If you run ads later, ad spend is paid from your own ad account. AutoWhisper never touches your ad budget.
When you’re ready for customers, not just views
- Where do people who want to buy end up? Read How AutoWhisper Turns Content Into Orders.
- Want to run ads? Connect Meta under Workspace Settings → Ad channels. Ads are built paused in your own ad account — nothing spends until you press start. Read Five Things to Finish Before You Spend a Cent on Ads first.
- Where do inquiries show up? Form leads land in Customer Inquiries (avatar menu); WhatsApp chats from ads show up under Ads → Chats from your ads. You reply in WhatsApp or email yourself.
- Already use an AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT)? You can run all of this from there instead — see Before You Start: Which Path Are You On.
Ship first, polish later. An 80-point video that goes out beats a 100-point draft that never does.
