Paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee (first purchase only). No refunds are provided after this period or for subsequent purchases. All prices are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for any applicable taxes.

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Content and derivative works you generate via the platform belong to you.
• AutoWhisper owns all rights in the Service's software, algorithms, trademarks and related materials.
