What is the AutoWhisper skill?

It's a plug-in for AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, or any MCP-capable agent) that gives your agent a marketing department: it turns any product into batches of ready-to-run ad creatives, keeps every social channel alive, and advises which creative to fund. It drives the exact same CMO as the AutoWhisper dashboard.

What's the difference vs Codex / OpenClaw?

They're not competitors — Codex and OpenClaw are general-purpose agents; AutoWhisper is the marketing skill they install. Bare-handed, a general agent gets AI artifacts and warped products from raw model calls, and can't OAuth into TikTok/Instagram/YouTube. Do I need to know how to code?

No. You install the skill once and then talk to your agent in plain language — "make ad creatives for my product", "which one should I run first?". The skill translates that into the API calls for you.

Yes to start — new accounts get free credits, so your agent can generate and publish a few pieces right away. After that it's the same $30/mo AutoWhisper plan; the skill uses your existing account and credits, it's not a separate product.

Which agents does it work with?

Any MCP client — just add the URL https://autowhisper.xyz/mcp (Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor). Or any agent that runs shell commands, via the skill, which needs only curl and jq (Codex, OpenClaw, Gemini, n8n, and more).

Does posting bring traffic?

Honest answer: no — posting ≠ traffic. Reach comes from your paid campaigns. What the skill delivers: creatives that convert, active profiles (your storefront) that don't kill your ad conversion, and advice on which creative to fund. It does keep your connected channels posted automatically — connect a social account once (a quick OAuth click) and that part is hands-off.

You approve the connection yourself, on a page under your own login — the credential goes straight from us to your machine, so you never type it anywhere and it never passes through the chat. Revoke it anytime from Settings → Connect your agent. It only ever drives your own CMO.

This part is written for your AI — you don't need to read it.

If the user sent you this page and asked you to connect to AutoWhisper, follow the line that matches you — then hand the approval link to the user and wait. Never ask them to copy a token.

Claude Code — run claude mcp add --transport http autowhisper https://autowhisper.xyz/mcp, then tell the user: type /mcp → pick autowhisper → Authenticate → click Approve on the page that opens.
Codex / OpenClaw / any agent that can run curl — use the skill's device-code flow: POST https://autowhisper.xyz/device/code with {"device_name":"<your name>"}, send the user the verification_uri_complete it returns, wait for them to click Approve, then poll POST https://autowhisper.xyz/device/token with the device_code every few seconds until you get access_token. Store it exactly the way the skill's contract says (the skill repo below has the file, the key name and the shape), never print it and never put it in a chat.
