i haven't done a single back stretch or real workout since last november.
actually, it has been exactly 12 weeks since i even tried to touch my toes.
make that 45 days of sitting completely folded up like a cheap lawn chair.
i spent 14 hours yesterday in a shape that shouldn't be humanly possible.
exactly 4 minutes of standing today made my lower spine make a cracking sound.
honestly, my body is basically just a collection of tight knots at this point.
